Practical Life develops concentration

In the first weeks of school, children explore new materials with delight. Teachers give many one-on-one lessons to introduce new materials. Each lesson is carefully presented, and builds the close relationship between teacher and child. It is wonderful to see the expression of a child who observes the lesson, then proceeds to do the activity independently. Because our classroom is filled with materials that are beautiful to look at and interesting to handle, the children are excited to try every new thing that the teachers introduce.
